Describe the bug

❯ cybr conjur list -s SyncVault/LOB_CI/D-Win-SvcAccts/D-Win-SvcAccts
2023/09/07 08:35:40 Failed to list resources. 400 Bad Request.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the command above including a special character, such as forward-slash

Expected behavior The term should be searched and results returned.
