Use environment variables CONJUR_ACCOUNT, CONJUR_APPLIANCE_URL, CONJUR_AUTHN_LOGIN, CONJUR_AUTHN_API_KEY and CONJUR_CERT_FILE if found instead of ~/.netrc and ~/.conjurrc files.
