Add context warning for mirror services if unavailable #61

The idea is shows a popup balloon message on bottom right of the page on PC or full-width on bottom for mobile.

The message contains (or similar to) {{service name}} is {{error reason}}.\nWe will try again later. in yellow or pale red color.

This message will warn the user if service is unavailable due to service outage, maintenance, etc.

Reason of this is due to current Trakt's outage.

I acually already added something yesterday to suppress authorization popups that lead nowhere because of the outage. added a basic info system just now. I currently don't have the time to do more, but I'll keep it open for when I find the time.
