For a contributor, like me or Jussi, it is hard to figure out how to develop icllib. For example there could be many ways how to run tests, what needs to be installed (if there is something outside setup.py) etc.
Therefore it would be nice if the workflow is somehow documented. A good place is the Wiki. Gazelib's wiki works as an example.
