Removed older, duplicate versions of classes that were appended somehow. This file is now the equivalent of exporting the current Bioportal OWL version ("ido functional update.owl") to RDF/XML. I compared these in Protege with Tools -> Compare Ontologies, along with the first Github version from June, and everything looks ok.
(Note: the so-called RDF/XML version in Bioportal ("owlapi.xrdf") does not seem up-to-date and actually is OWL/XML syntax. There might be a problem with how Bioportal is automatically generating these.)
