I should add a couple of notes here. First, I had edited the OWL axioms for 'infectious disorder', but didn't do the corresponding edit for 'infection' (or maybe it was the other way around). Thus in the files I posted, the former doesn't come out as an inferred subclass of the latter as intended.
Also, 'surveillance process' should be a subclass of OBI:investigation. I have it as such in IDOFLU, but not sure whether 'investigation' was imported into the files I uploaded.
