Perhaps we should add a term for isolates to IDO. This would serve as parent for the FLU term, 'viral isolate' which I plan to move to VIDO. Also for 'bacterial isolate' down the road.
NCIT has a term for isolate, but it is defined in terms of microorganisms and so excludes viruses.
