Update version string to use standard date format #6

Similarly to https://github.com/infectious-disease-ontology-extensions/ido-virus/issues/10 and https://github.com/luis-gonzalez-m/Collembola/issues/6, it appears that the idocovid19 version string follows the %Y-%d-%m format. This is very unexpected. I would highly suggest switching to the standard %Y-%m-%d format.

Hi Charles, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will fix this (dido for VIDO) for the next release.
