After download the android-ndk-r10c-darwin-x86_64.bin under my macbook, the file can't be uncompressed automatically as it's not in executable mode. However chmod manually can help:

ndk-snapshot

So it would be nice to change the original resource file mode or add some instruction about this issue, otherwise the downloader may be confused
