fast.c fails to compile with libftdi1 #28

In file included from fast.c:10:0:
mpsse.h:9:18: fatal error: ftdi.h: No such file or directory

Makefile.in seems to not be passing LIBFTDI1 define when compiling fast.c. 
Patch attached.
