[Enhancement] Add config options for all types of damage, off by default #9

As requested on the CurseForge page, some people would like config options to enable Second Chance for the different types of damage (Falling, Crushing, etc.) individually. This should be manageable through the DamageSources in the LivingDamageEvent.
