Repro Steps:

Download fresh files from GitHub releases
Install on server
Go in-game and use /ladder
Client console error from here, reports network id 65532 could not be found
Restart resource on-the-fly
Use /ladder, ladder spawns nil issues

Repro Env

Tested on linux docker host: Issue present
Tested on localhost Win11 host: Issue NOT present
Tested on live Windows RDP host: Issue present (see https://github.com/inferno-collection/Ladders-Reborn/issues/11)
Tested on Dedicated Linux Ubuntu 18.04 server (see https://github.com/inferno-collection/Ladders-Reborn/issues/9#issuecomment-1970100568): Issue present

Can confirm I have this issue also. Dedicated Linux Ubuntu 18.04 server.
