URL value does not resolve #70

URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/StructureDefinition/extension-measureScoring' does not resolve. This is an existing url and is given per example http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/STU3/MeasureReport-indv-measurereport01.json.html

Have you provided StructureDefinition of that extension?

I know this url is used in your resource. Is the StructureDefinition of this extension uploaded to FHIR validator? FHIR validator does not know this extension without its definition.
