Sync Inferno Test kit with new release:

[x] Ensure all URLs and IG versions are in line with the current IG
[x] Update Package.tgz file
[x] Add tests for all new UDS+ Resource types (Adverse Event, Allergy Intollerance, Clinical Result, Location)
[x] Update samples to match the new specs
