Summary

This is 3rd PR for US Core v6.0.0-ballot.

What changed:

Add ValueSet expansion for SimpleObservation.category (FI-1848)
Add ValueSet expansion for ScreeningAndAccessment.category (FI-1847)
Add ValueSet expansion for ServiceRequest.category (FI-1933)
Fix Occupation.component:industry slicing (FI-1825)
