This covers all I had planned under this task.
I think this PR should be merged after 4.1 is out. Disabling aoe in RPG may require rebalancing some units + consulting the changes with other co-creators, so it will take time, which I don't have right now.
@ProditorMagnus if there is anything else you want to add to this PR, feel free to do this. Btw, I am very impressed by your work here. It's truly amazing. Well done and thank you!
Many of them are already removed by rpg version of unit type. It is ok to wait.
I was thinking of limiting the specials so they only work for first x strikes, no matter how many strikes the attack gets in rpg. Havent tried to implement it so far.
Amusingly enough the rpg checks just dont work in 1.16. Need to use [EoMa_not_rpg] in events.

Point 8 damage aura is not checked. Point 9-10 - furious death, hard landing xp not changed.
