octalot — Today at 17:13 Leadership is only supposed to overwrite other leadership if the id fields match. That's broken in 1.16, but it was okay in 1.14 and it's fixed in 1.17 https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/issues/6466. I'd have to test, but I'd expect [damage] to behave the same way.
