Only one actual code change- most changes were in specs, to the way you were calling Thor#invoke

All specs pass under 1.9.2 and 1.8.7

The v0.7.0 on rubygems still has the non-merged version of this and is still breaking with 1.9.2. In case you forgot to bump the version.
