symlink dot files #5

I'm not seeing how the repo is making symlinks to dot files. On a recently installed machine with repave, I didn't see any symlinks. I'm mostly curious what tool you have used in the past to do this.

This repo symlinks everything in /assets as a dotfile in ~, except for the excluded files. see assets/rcrc
