Did a bit of manual translation work, based off Luca's branch for localization. Creating it as a separate PR targeting that branch, so someone can have a first look at it before it joins the localization effort.
Note: I did not review this first version of texts yet. I focused on getting a full set of items out, to aid with testing the other PR.
