Update footer contents #98

Removing mailto link to one specific person, replacing it with a link to a more generic form of contact. Adding "Discuss" too to keep a light-weight option for discussing changes.

I think that in a few months we'll do a bit wider launch to see if the community finds this project interesting, and when that time comes we'll go through all translations and texts one more time. So let's indeed roll with this version for now.
