BTC Guild support, woo. #6

Add support for BTC Guild, still need a way to switch them though. For now it has replaced Bitcoin.cz.

Ok so i've forked the project to BitMiner-Mac now, i can either manually add your code to the new repo or try and merge it in but it might not merge.

I may add you as a contributor too if you'd rather do things that way.
