feat(general): General changes #71

Fixes: #70

Description

As mentioned in #70. Also adds workflows (largely untested).

A few things I am in the process of updating.

  • Update metadata
  • Update favicon to use favicons generated from https://realfavicongenerator.net/
  • Fix footer links layout for mobile
  • Update GH templates
  • Add dependabot
  • Highlight ItemManager button when there are no items in the tier list

Lumping all of these together into a single issue / PR to save Vercel deploy resources 🌱
