would be nice to have native Windows support.

I'm looking at it a little bit right now, besides the build scripts is there anything major that's Linux only?

Besides build scripts,

Infinity's own code, after some adaptations, should be able to run under Windows.
some third-party code/library relied by Infinity , need to check if it can run under Windows as well.
