[Question]: error at parsing files uploaded in demo #2513

Describe your problem

I tired to use the demo at demo.ragflow.io. And when I click green triangle button (between "Parsinf status" and "Action") parsinf fails. I can only see "Process Begin At: Fri, 20 Sep 2024 13:43:04 GMT Process Duration: 16.00 s Progress Msg: 2 ERROR: Task is abandoned after 3 times attempts." This happens with different files and file formats. Chunk Method is "Knowledge graph"

Can you chat with the default LLM that is in system settings? Make sure your API-key is valid for your choosen LLM.
