Revert "Disable WildFly OpenSSL"

This reverts commit 47e7da17ef2e6cb4b1a797654dfe56953341fe93.

Use "-tls_provider SunJSSE" to disable

I decided to revert the change for 2 reasons:

• -tls_provider option is available in the current image to disable openssl.
• ISPN 14 CR2 release will fix the original issue (ISPN-14114)
