ConfigListener needs to be manually restarted after HotRodRolling upgrades #2160

The ConfigListener drops connection after HotRodRolling uprade and is unable to receive cache configuration created via server and create Cache CRs as it still tries to receive Infinispan pods using the old StatefulSet name.
