Rework venue address storage #358

Addresses #318

I'm happy for any feedback, especially on:

  1. The selection and ordering of suggested cities and states
  2. This little bit that updates the soon-to-be-obsolete address field when any of its component parts is updated - seems to me like that could be prettier
  3. Design/UX
