Add Tools Use-Case

I will be creating use-case for the tools to inform users what/how these "tools" are being used.

We could probably add a description to the front matter for each tool. Then we could use it when we render the pages.

Can you create a list with a checkbox for each of the sixteen tools we've already added? (See: https://github.com/infinite-omicron/pentesting-guide/tree/master/content/setup/tools). We'll need to go to the URL for each one and either grab the upstream description or write our own.

Example:
