Refactor/remove bubblewrap dependency #23

It appears BubbleWrap wasn't actually being used anywhere. I removed it as a dependency.

@ryanlntn - Thanks Ryan, but the specs fail. Looking through the code, I bet the only thing that was used from BW was App.delegate, so if you ditch those the build might pass and I'm fine with removing it then.
