Now that we just merged in a major refactor what should we set the version to? 0.3.0? Are we ready for 1.0.0?

My vote is for 1.0.0.beta1. These are major changes. But interested in what @macfanatic thinks.

I'd like to merge in the PR I just submitted for toggling, as I think that's really a v1.0 feature. After that, let's beta it!
