Update README to reflect defunct status #127

Let the world know that we're not working on this any more.

Maybe it would be better to say it like the RedPotion readme does? https://github.com/infinitered/redpotion#premium-support

As I mentioned in this comment, as a community, we're still trying to maintain and push forward BluePotion (as well as the potions).

But if you would prefer to migrate the repo to a different account, I would be happy to take that on.

Thanks @andrewhavens - I'll check with the other folks and see what they'd like to do. I'll close this one for now, as the text is clearly wrong 😄
