Prepare for Ignite 3 #245

Ignite 3 is underway and the boilerplates will need to be upgraded to work with it. This PR brings Andross into compatibility with Ignite 3.

Note that this will break Andross for Ignite 2.x and prior.

Do not merge until Ignite 3 is deployed.

@jamonholmgren I fixed the issues with ignite-dev-screens. Everything appears to be in working order now... except for CI. Tests are passing locally. I haven't figured out where the difference is yet.
