ignite-bowser does not have a boilerplate.js #290

What's going on?

Not generated new project with bowser

Steps to reproduce

yarn global add ignite-cli
ignite new MyApp -b bowser

and I have next output

Oops, I know what caused this. Deploying a new hotfix now.
