Why did you not include fixtures in this boilerplate? #361

The preceding boilerplate, Ignite Andross, included api fixtures. Can the developers please explain why they do not feature in Ignite Bowser? Is it because you no longer think fixtures are a good thing, or simply to keep the boilerplate slimmer, or for some other reason?

Bowser only includes packages we use in a majority of our projects and we no longer need fixtures on a regular basis, so they were excluded.
