Hey, 👋 Very good stack appreciate it, Hope to see Tailwind CSS included in this stack, using e.g. NativeWind

Thanks a a lot

Hey @abdelhameedhamdy thanks for the suggestion. NativeWind is great and of course compatible with Ignite, however we won't be adding it to the default boilerplate at this time as Infinite Red does not use it all that often (which is what the boilerplate represents, read more here.

However, this is a great idea to have over at the Ignite Cookbook, so I'll transfer this issue over there as a recipe request! Thanks for the submission.

@frankcalise going to take a look at this. Would you think the scope to be replacing all the styles with tailwind or just add it to an ignite project and style a few components?

frankcalise commented 11 months ago

I'd probably generate it with the boilerplate removed, this way you only have to do the WelcomeScreen. But I can't say I'm proficient in Tailwind at all to know if there is a most ideal set up that people want to see.

Do you? or maybe @morganick might know more?

@abdelhameedhamdy nice! We can use this and yeah @frankcalise that makes sense to me. The diff between the two could get the point across.
