Setup Algolia Search #58

12/19/22 - I submitted an application to the DocSearch Program for Algolia where we can get free service. I'll update when there's been any movement on their end. - Dan

1/31/22 - Application was approved and we can add Algolia search whenever we'd like, although we have added local search in the mean time and it seems to be working well.
