Cocorico, French bikers love CarsInBikeLanes ;)! At the moment the 'us' parameter is hard coded.

Fixed with c6274d4e1031433080f99b1752f78316d8ab7e35, new setting gives access to all 11 training data codes in any combination :earth_americas:
