Is this Firmware still the way to go if you have this device? #52

I'm not quite sure what to do with my C7... should I use this build regardless of its deprecated state? Do i get more from the device specific optimizations, than from the recent and up to date but generic 19.07 branch?

I won't be using QoS. Overall I'd say speed/performance is my priority

Appreciate your take on this.

I can't remember if I ended up using this or not, but I also have a C9 and dd-wrt, despite not being well supported, is much faster because it includes the Broadcom blobs for NAT acceleration so if speed is your main concern I would try that.
