This PR is to merge the chip autodetection now available in pummpcomm.
It also fixes the bootloader misconfiguration that caused bad firmware updates to crash and break the firmware.push ability, and it removes the .tools-version file.
Finally, it updates the version of infinity-rpi0 to take advantage of the nbtty fix to allow the device to function for sustained periods of times without a tty connected to the usb gadget device.
