can't get it to work with iceweasel 30 on debian testing #45

Hi,

Debian testing upgraded to iceweasel 30. I can't get mozilla-gnome-keyring to work with this version, it says it is incompatible. I hacked config.vars, to change "export XUL_VERMAX=29." to 30._, and then yes it accepts to install, but it fails to work, I don't get the passwords. I also tried the debian package xul-ext-gnome-keyring instead of compiling from source, but it does not work either.

Is it possible to make it work with iceweasel 30? How?

I finally got it to work. I did not install the package xul-ext-gnome-keyring from unstable because it is not compatible with my version of icedove (and i did not want to pull icedove from unstable). So to compile the package from source, I installed iceweasel-dev (which conflicts with xulrunner-dev, so it was automatically removed), I changed export XUL_VER_MAX=29." to 30 in config.vars, rebuilt, and this time it accepted to install and it works.
