Change internationalisation instructions to new crowdin translation workflow

Please describe which problem should be solved

We are currently switching to Crowdin for translations, which provides a much easier translation option for beginners and more help with translation. Therefore, the descriptions for the translation instruction in the wiki need to be adjusted and refer to Crowdin.
