Migrate/maven central #73

This PR migrates the library deployment process to maven central.

NOTE The library has been released with a wrongly configured artifact and group id and I opened a task for removing it from maven central. It is a minor issue but I would love to remove it anyways.

Also, a version with a fixed name configuration has already been uploaded and should be live very soon.

BTW I see Readme still has the JCenter icon and stuff, let's remove that.
