The purpose of this PR is to make the documents more consistant and uniformed. I also fixed some typos and links.
The most noticeable change is adding the 1.3.5 chapter, since we missed it somehow 🤷

@nikolamajcen I included you here since we added some changes in the checklist chapter which affects the structure of iOS chapters a bit, nothing to worry about tho.
