[x] Map property in the attribute decorator

v3

Same features as v2, but without MobX.

v4

Complete rewrite with following goals:

Remove all legacy code related to MobX
Add better support for validation and runtime checks (optional)
Models are plain objects instead of class instances
Small payload
100% TypeScript support
Initial version limitations (MVP):
- No views
- No networking
- No JSON:API

@isBatak I've updated the roadmap. v3 is published as a beta and I'm waiting for feedback.
