Loggie installed as unwanted dependency #30

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a new project
  2. Add the Sentinel package
  3. Choose None for the SentinelLoggie target selection
  4. Wait for the installation to finish
  5. Observe that Loggie is installed in the project even though you opted-out.

Due to internal changes to Sentinel, both Loggie and Collar dependencies will be removed in the next release (#36).

Once the new version is released, this issue will be closed.
