Documentation rework #17

We need a better way of specifying and showing examples, rails integration, etc. instead of bloating the README.md file.

What about something like https://github.com/rails-api/active_model_serializers#getting-started ?

Move examples, rails integration and etc to guides that would allow for bigger and more detailed examples.
