PCI List of hardware Bluetooth Working All kexts updated to latest releases. Support trackpad better Better distribution USB and changed USBKext to SSDT. Added devices SSDT-XXX! Better plugin type! Better Backlight!

Added EFI OpenCore

Hi @johnnync13, thanks for the Pull request. Seems you done some nice adjustments to the build, some of which I have also done for the final reslease. I'll just make a release available for Mojave final for download and accept your modifications so the PR will be in sync with the current commit.
