Stop supporting for JRuby + Rails 5.0 #545

I don't know why this JRuby + Rails 5.0 build is failing. https://travis-ci.org/influitive/apartment/jobs/365968646

I don't have enough time to fix and support this now. So, I add JRuby + Rails 5.0 build to allow_failures in build matrix.

In addition, I think this failure is caused from rails 5.0.7. But other rails 5.0.7 builds by MRI are passed the specs.
