@mikecmpbll Could you merge this? Development branch spec is broken right now without this anyway?

@bjensen and @h0jeZvgoxFepBQ2C I've seen that some people started pointing to development branch as per discussed in #617. If you feel less comfortable with that, I've made a release of ros-apartment gem and mentioned it here. https://github.com/influitive/apartment/issues/559#issuecomment-570526528

I have seen your ticket #632 and I have not faced any issues in production yet. Feel free to open the tickets in https://github.com/rails-on-services/apartment if you have a breaking test case.
